The Universitas Trisakti’s Doctor of Law Study Program is one of the advanced study programs to obtain a Doctoral degree (Dr) in law within the scope of the Universitas Trisakti Faculty of Law. The establishment of this Study Program aims to accommodate the interests of master graduates (S2) both in the field of law and in other disciplines who wish to develop knowledge in the field of law. The objectives of the Doctor of Law Study Program are as follows:

| 5. | Producing a Doctor of Law with a personality that is in accordance with the Trisakti Trikrama and local values; |
| 6. | Producing a Doctor of Law who has a national perspective; |
| 7. | Producing Doctors of Law who can apply their legal knowledge to develop legal knowledge and improve the quality of life and civilization; |
| 8. | Producing a Doctor of Law who has an international perspective; |
| 9. | Improving the quality of education in the Doctor of Law study program; |
| 10. | Establishing an academic culture that encourages self-development through a productive, effective, and efficient learning process in building civil society; (civil society); |
| 11. | Fostering a culture of loyalty and being critical of the alma mater for campus residents and alumni; |
| 12 | Increasing management commitment and upholding good faculty governance as well as improving the welfare of Law Faculty members to maintain the glory of Universitas Trisakti. |
