The Doctoral Program in Law at the Faculty of Law, Universitas Trisakti, collaborates with the Faculty of Law, UiTM, Malaysia to conduct international cooperation in the field of research under the title “COMPARISON OF LAND OWNERSHIP CERTIFICATES IN INDONESIA AND MALAYSIA.”

On Thursday, December 21, 2023, at the Cempaka Complex, Faculty of Law, UiTM, Malaysia, starting at 12:30 local time, a meeting was held between the Research Teams from the Doctoral Program in Law at the Faculty of Law, Universitas Trisakti, and the Research Team from the Faculty of Law, UiTM, Malaysia, to present the research report of each Research Team.

This event was attended by:

1. The Research Team from the Doctoral Program in Law at the Faculty of Law, Universitas Trisakti, namely Dr. Irene Eka Sihombing, SH, CN, MH as the Head Researcher; Dr. Endang Pandamdari, SH, CN, MH, and Dr. Dyah Setyorini, SH, SpN, MH, as Research Members.
2. The Research Team from the Faculty of Law, UiTM, Malaysia, namely Assoc Prof Dr Noraziah Abu Bakar, as the Head Researcher; Puan Ismah Ismail, and Dr Azhani Arshad, as Research Members.

In the discussion, it was agreed to further discuss in order to compile the research conclusions together.

Hopefully, the implementation of this international cooperation activity in the field of research can provide knowledge, insight, and understanding in the field of Land Law (Indonesia and Malaysia), especially regarding land ownership certificates.
